"Axl has been walking with Sniff n go for nearly 4 years. It’s very expensive, but the quality of the service is very high. Axl is old, three-legged, and occasionally grouchy. As such, he needs consistency and individualized attention. Sniff is able to tailor the walks to what he needs, which keeps him happy and safe. He has the sane walker every day, which is great because he doesn’t love new people entering his home. They also have backups trained on him specifically so if his normal walker is out, there’s no break in the service. We really haven’t had any issues. I’d recommend Sniff for anyone whose dog needs extra individualized attention or can be kind of a dick sometimes. I really like the daily journal entries — they’re informative and sometimes hilarious."

"I’ve been using Sniff and Go for two rambunctious beagles for a little over a year. The experience has been great for my boys. They have a routine that gives them added enrichment on top of our regular walks. While we’ve had a few walkers that sub in every now and then that have all been great and respectful, Becky has been a true asset to Dexter and Charlie. They get excited anytime she’s around and it’s great to know they love their experience as much as we do. I’ve particularly valued the care that has been put into helping keep one of my reactive dogs under thresholds. "Great positive reinforcement walkers. Becky has been amazing walking our dogs, and it's great to have the same walker every day who our dogs are familiar with! We went with a private walker because one of our dogs is sometimes reactive around other dogs and couldn't be happier with the service. Our dogs love greeting her when she arrives. We also used to have Flynn as a daily walker before transitioning to Becky, and Jon sometimes pops in if needed. Flynn and Jon are both also great walkers who our dogs love. On the operational side, we get daily updates on how the walk went as well as a text as they're arriving. Scheduling is super easy on the website. I'd recommend Sniff and Go to everyone!"

I appreciated Emi's thorough intake process, and I love that my dog walker provides a photo and a note after each walk (see example). Paul, Leyla, and Stephanie have all taken excellent care of my very good boy. Also, Sniff and Go aims to have the same person walk your dog every day, which is great. When my dog walkers have needed to hand off to someone else, both walkers took the dog out together to ensure a smooth transition. Finally, my dog can be temperamental, which makes him a less than ideal candidate for group walks. Solo walks are hard to come by, though, so I'm especially grateful that Sniff and Go provides them."

"We use Sniff and Go services for about 5 years (except 2020, for the reason we all know). To make it short, they are great. The team is available and do the maximum all the time, even during this difficult period. We always found our cat happy, waiting in the stairs for her daily visit. We want them to focus solely on our cat, but when they found an unexpected box or advertising in front of our door, they always took it inside. So the house don't look deserted. We get a report after every single visit, with pictures and a comment. We trust this great team and we hope that they will be able to do this good job for a long time. Sniff N Go not only replied to my note within 6 hours, but they proactively texted me early the next morning stating they were able to help pick up Koda that same day and take/pick up from puppy school that same day! I've also used Emi for dog boarding on multiple occasions and my only complaint is he might like her more than me :)! "I can't recommend Sniff and Go more highly! Emi and her team are professional, organized, reliable and skilled at what they do. They care deeply about the dogs they work with, and they are careful to make sure each dog's experience is safe. They are also responsive to our requests about how to handle training issues (e.g., if a dog scares easily or barks at other dogs, etc.) We have worked with a few dog walkers in SF, and with some, I have wondered about safety or questioned whether the walks were counter-productive to the way we train our dogs at home.
