• Visitor identifier: A random ID assigned to your browser and stored in a first-party cookie and local storage so we can recognize repeat visits (for example, "this visitor came back twice before submitting a form"). The ID does not contain your name, email, or any personal information; it expires after 12 months.

• Walkers and trainers on our team: Information about your dog and home access is shared with the assigned walker or trainer so they can perform services safely.
• Veterinary or emergency contacts: If your dog is injured or requires urgent care while in our care, we may share information with veterinary staff and the emergency contacts you have provided.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Sniff and Go, our clients, or the public.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use first-party cookies and your browser's local storage to:

• Remember a random visitor identifier so we can tell new visitors from returning ones (12-month expiration).
• Maintain your current session and capture marketing source information so that, if you submit a form, we know how you found us.

We keep client and pet information for as long as you are an active client and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with tax, accounting, and legal obligations. Employment application information is retained as required by labor laws.
