Dog Walking

Emi provides an excellent service with Sniff and Go! Our french bulldog adores Emi and waits by the
door when he knows she is coming. Emi is incredibly dependable. She has never missed a day walking
our dog and comes at the same time everyday. She is very loving, energetic, and thoughtful regarding
our dogs needs. Our little Frenchie loves to run so she bought a 50ft dog leash so that he could run
in the park safely while getting some great exercise. In addition, Frenchies get overheated easily and
Emi has always been very thoughtful in caring for his needs especially on warm days. Also, we get an
e-mail after each walk letting us know what adventures they had (often times with a picture) and his pee
and poop status. We know our dog is in great hands with Emi and I would highly recommend her to anyone
interested in dog walking and/or pet sitting services.

Emi is great!  Professional, timely and technology savvy.  She's a breeze to work with and has a real enthusiasm for taking care of your pet.  I even get picture text messages, which I love.  After trying several dog walkers, I would recommend her above the others.

From the first time I met her I had a very good feeling about her, she is so sweet and vibrant
I knew she would take good care of my pups. And the first impression was right, she has done a
wonderful job.

After she comes to walk the dogs she sends me an email or sms with the details of how the dogs
were and what happened while she was with them.

I can't speak highly enough of Emi. If you are looking for a dogwalking or dogsitting service
you should definitely try Sniff and Go!

Sniff & Go is a great service. Emi walks my 8 yr old blind pug around the neighborhood to stretch
his paws, get some new sniffs and do his "business". She understands his special needs and deals
with them accordingly.

Her prices are reasonable and the customer service is great. Emi sends me an email every day
to let me know how my dogs walk went, she even sometimes includes a pic of him enjoying the sunshine.

I would highly recommend Sniff & Go to give your dog that mid-day walk while your at work.

When my husband and I go out of town we usually have my mom come and take care of the animals. We heard about Sniff and Go through a friend of ours and after hearing how great they were we thought we'd give mom a break ;)

Emi came over to meet our furry friends (3 cats and 1 dog) and i was very impressed by her from the start. She's very professional and the animals all seemed to love her right off the bat! I love that she emailed us with photos and updates of how they were all doing. It set my mind at ease and allowed me to relax and enjoy my vacation.

Upon returning, my husband and i talked about maybe having the Sniff and Go folks come walk our dog on a regular basis. After our experience with them during our vacation, we had decided to hire them to walk Red (our 93 lb rhodesian ridgeback) on a regular basis. It's clear that he really enjoys and benefits from his time with Emi and her staff, as he is knocked out in the early evening.

I would highly recommend Sniff and Go to anyone looking for a great dog walker/sitter.

Pet Sitting

I moved back to San Francisco in November and was really unhappy at the idea of having to find a new pet sitter. You just never know what to expect when you let someone into your home to care for your pets, and there are so many flakes out there. (I emailed three services before hearing a peep back)

From our first email exchance, Emi was extremely professional. She asked specific questions about the type of care my cats would need and did not push additional services or visits.  I could tell she wanted to know what my cats and I needed.  She quickly scheduled a time to come meet my cats and see the apartment, and she was right on time. Again, Emi asked the right questions, took notes and seemed truly interested.

She checked in our kitties over the holidays, sending daily emails confirming that the cats were ok.  I like getting the pics of my cats and knowing they were ok -- getting their treats and having a little time to play with their favorite toys.

When I returned to town, everything was as it should be. Emi had even cleaned up around the litter boxes, which is above and beyond what she had to do (one of my cats is a litter thrower).

Emi is professional, pleasant and reliable. She also really likes animals. She's a great addition to the SF pet care market!

This is the first time I've hired any dogsitting service.  Eager to find someone with a good reputation but reasonable price, I emailed Emi, who I saw also owned a Maltese mix.

Emi was prompt and cheerful in her replies and immediately set up a meet and greet.  She took notes of everything Rufus needed and she was already familiar with my neighborhood, right down to how to unlock our finicky doors.  After the meet and greet, Rufus sat by the front door for more than 30 minutes waiting for her to come back.

I had worries about leaving Rufus because he was sick just the week before my trip, but I left him in very capable hands with Emi.  She emailed me updates after every visit and attached the most adorable photos of him.  I felt totally at ease and could concentrate on school all week without worry.

I've since hired Emi 2 more times, and I would definitely recommend them for any pet services you may need!

Just wanted to thank you so much once again for taking care of the Douglas clan. I hope they behaved
for you and weren't "pains in the arse". Duncan seems to have mellowed out and is now once again his
usual happy and sweet self. Duchess has ended her "heat" cycle and we will now wait and see if she is
pregnant. I can not begin to tell you how happy I am to have found the most wonderful and caring pet
sitter EVER! I am actually enjoying my vacations...I do not worry about the animals at all knowing they
are in your care. And if I get a little homesick for them there are always those wonderful pics you take
that help to relieve the separation anxiety! Thanks so much Emi and anytime we are out of town I'll make
sure to give you a call!
